Job Title: Telesales Sales Representative (Bilingual)

Job details: $17hr + Commission; Medical, Vision + Dental (at a cost) Full-Time

Overview

Indra Energy is a leading retail energy company providing electricity, natural gas and renewable energy options to residential and commercial customers across 9 States and Washington DC, in approximately 64 utility markets. Indra Energy is currently seeking a Bilingual Telesales Sales Representative to report to the Telesales Sales Channel Manager to assist the company in expanding our customer base. The Telesales Sales Representative should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have a strong sales aptitude and enjoy speaking to consumers via the telephone.

Duties:

  • Making outbound and/or receive inbound customer telephone calls for the purposes of re-enrolling cancelled energy accounts or correcting existing enrollment errors.
  • Review previous customer account(s) to understand account history to identify customer needs, resolve issues and provide recommendations
  • Contact consumers via the telephone to provide them with information on new products and offers for the purpose of enrolling energy accounts with Indra Energy.
  • Follow scripting to handle different topics.
  • As the Sales Representative you will drive the delivery of excellence in customer experience, advocate for the Indra brand, add value and meet the customers needs and educate them on the benefits of using 100% clean power with Indra.
  • Challenge yourself to exceed daily and weekly sales target expectations while adhering to quality and compliance guidelines.
  • Provide feedback that supports the growth and improvement of sales, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years or older
  • Must be bi-lingual (Spanish)
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to work with others.
  • Strong communication skills, pleasant, fluid and persuasive – ability to anticipate/recognize customer concerns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, is extremely outgoing, and is passionate about the opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment.
  • You are innately optimistic, enthusiastic, and are up for the challenge of empowering people towards a brighter energy future.
  • Ability to persevere through and overcome rejection and problem solve.
  • Able to successfully use technology to perform job functions such as computer, email, business software, and group chats simultaneously
  • Prior sales experience within energy or telesales preferable.
